By combining a headspace gas analyzer, leak detector, and valve tester in one unit, the Dansensor® MultiCheck® 2 helps you achieve fast, consistent, and reliable quality control of your MAP packaging process. Equipped with specialized filters and sensors for applications like coffee, it helps preserve product flavor, aroma, and packaging integrity. With the optional valve testing unit (VTU), users can perform integrated valve leak and valve release tests on degassing valves, with combined reporting for complete package verification. Designed to maximize packaging line uptime, the MultiCheck 2 reduces troubleshooting time and minimizes the risk of human error through dependable data storage and real-time data transfer. The instrument can store results from more than 100,000 tests. With the ability to conduct four tests in one—headspace gas analysis, leak detection, valve leak, and valve release—the MultiCheck 2 is 50% faster, more compact, and more user friendly than previous models. Dedicated ports for the test head and VTU, plus USB connectivity for accessories such as barcode scanners and keyboards, improve workflow efficiency. The instrument also includes an optional burst test to help determine packaging limits and settings. Up to 999 product test settings can be stored to ensure repeatable testing conditions. Built for easy maintenance and cleaning, the MultiCheck 2 features a self-rinsing backflush program that removes particles and contaminants, helping preserve measurement accuracy and system uptime.
